Fiesta Reservation Policy

After 60 years of celebrating birthdays and special events with kids of ALL ages at the Scottsdale Sugar Bowl, we have adopted a few reservation guidelines that are designed to ensure; you, your family, and friends – have the best event possible!

– Reservations will be accepted for groups from 10 to 40 guests.

– Reservations are for a public area,  including the arcade.

– Reservations will be seated in the “Fiesta” room.

– No outside games or entertainment allowed. Limited decorations are allowed.

– Reservations will be allotted 2 hours.

– The Sugar Bowl reserves the right to designate any and all black-out dates and times.

– Customers can bring in their own cake (only).

– Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and will be made on the half hour.

– Reservations will be held 15 minutes past scheduled arrival time. After 15 minutes the reservation may be forfeited at the discretion of management.

– An 18% gratuity will be added to ALL guest checks in the reservation party
